The Hoskin-Warner Campaign is seeking Regional Field Directors to join our team. Regional Field Directors will be responsible for implementing campaign field and GOTV goals, managing a region wide campaign team of staff, fellows, and volunteers, while coordinating with local leadership and partner campaigns. Regional Field Directors will report directly to the Field Director.
Responsibilities:
Daily management of field organizers including monitoring and implementing systems to meet assigned goals
Ensuring that daily, weekly, and monthly goals are met and exceeded
Ensuring that all required reporting and data is accurate and timely
Daily management of regional metrics including but not limited to flake rate, confirmation rate, knocks per shift, and dials per shift
Provide the Field Director with quantitative and qualitative reports on the program's progress
Perform other duties as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
At least two cycles of competitive field experience or related experience
Strong coaching skills and abilities
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong knowledge of Votebuilder/VAN
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Ability to work long, irregular hours in a fast paced, metrics driven work environment
Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
Ability to work independently and in team settings
A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and an ability to relocate as necessary
