Digital Director

Julián for the Future (the Campaign) is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven and qualified individual to serve as Digital Director. The position will hire and manage staff to ensure the success of the Campaign's digital growth, fundraising, outreach and messaging priorities. This position is based in San Antonio, Texas, and is eligible for comprehensive health, vision, dental, and life insurance. Relocation assistance is available on a case-by-case basis.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
● Design and implement strategy to achieve digital and organizational goals
● Drive email fundraising program
● Manage social media platforms
● Make periodic website updates, create microsites
● Develop multi-platform creative including copy, graphics, and video
● Collaborate with field team to run texting program
● Create data and reporting structure across digital platforms
● Work with multiple consultants and vendors to execute goal-oriented program
The Digital Director must be a self-starter with multiple cycles of digital campaign experience. A successful candidate will be prepared to build the digital program, design strategy, collaborate with outside consultants, and oversee all implementation. The Digital Director should possess excellent communication skills, good attention to detail, an entrepreneurial spirit, instinct for creative problem-solving and a good-humored and collegial approach to working with other staff, volunteers and donors.
