About YOU:
You love the idea of putting your talents and energy to use in politics by raising money for a diverse set of candidates. You're a fast learning critical thinker with great judgment—you might enjoy logic games, trivia, or puzzles, but above all, you LOVE checking things off your to do list.
You're fluent in data manipulation, list maintenance, and all things Excel. You're also wildly organized, love to multi-task with an incredible attention to detail, and can keep 300 things in the air without letting a single one of them drop. You love a fast-paced work environment and hold yourself to a high standard of work.
As the Deputy Director of Operations, you'll work with our Director of Operations to make sure every single one of our incredible clients gets lightening-fast turnaround and high-quality content. You should be detail-oriented and hyper-organized, and a willing collaborator who is excited to tackle all elements of the digital fundraising process.
