Finance Assistant
This campaign is about solving the big problems that our country faces. To do that, we need the best and brightest from across the country to join us. Julián for the Future (the Campaign) is seeking multiple finance assistants to be based at the campaign headquarters in San Antonio, Texas. This position is eligible for comprehensive health, vision, dental, and life insurance. Relocation assistance is available on a case-by-case basis.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Researching current and prospective donors.
· Producing call sheets and tracking necessary follow-up.
· Preparing meeting briefings.
· Assisting with events.
· Staffing call time with campaign principals and others.
· Other duties as needed by members of the Finance and Campaign leadership teams.
The Finance Assistant must be extremely detail oriented and proficient in Excel. Working knowledge of NGP 8 is required. The successful candidate must be willing to work hours consistent with fundraising responsibilities in a fast-paced national Presidential campaign environment.
