Job Description:

A top-tier Western US Senate race is seeking finance staff for the 2020 cycle. Multiple positions are available, and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Preparing for and managing a high-quality, ambitious call time program.
• Planning successful fundraising events including scheduling events, coordinating with hosts, overseeing logistics, and staffing the events.
• Initiating regular and appropriate communication with donors via phone, email, and mail.
• Database and systems management that prioritizes data integrity.

Preferred, but not required, qualifications:

• Previous experience as a finance staffer on a political campaign.
• Proficiency in NGP, excel, and google docs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
