Hi, I'm helping M+R recruit for three types of digital roles (two types of Account Executive roles and one Associate role).
If you're an early-to-mid-career professional (1-5 years of experience) interested in helping mission-driven nonprofit organizations with fundraising or digital organizing, this is a great chance to join a supportive place to work full of kind, dedicated and passionate people.

Location: NYC, DC, Oakland, Boston, or LA
Salary: $58,500 plus bonus eligibility
Summary: This is a great opportunity for someone with 4-5 years of fundraising experience (including experience managing a small-dollar email program) to run digital fundraising, membership and advocacy programs for groups like Planned Parenthood, League of Conservation Voters, Central Park Conservancy and Oxfam America.
Location: NYC, DC or Boston
Salary: $52,000 plus bonus eligibility
Summary: This role focuses on supporting fundraising programs and project management. It's a great role for someone with 1-3 years of professional experience doing email production and implementation in an eCRM who has a solid handle on basic HTML/CSS. Location: NYC, DC, Oakland, Boston, or LA
Salary: $58,500 plus bonus eligibility
Summary: This role is focused helping large membership organizations like Planned Parenthood, Center for Popular Democracy, NRDC or large national unions run digital organizing campaigns (for example, running online-to-offline campaigns to move folks up the ladder of engagement, or using blast and/or P2P SMS to drive activism).
This would be a great for for someone with 3-5 years of organizing experience that includes digital tools to engage and mobilize supporters (particularly if some of that experience is in a non-electoral/advocacy setting).
