What will you do?
You will create a new lead generation channel for Sealed: you will design, test, build and manage a field-based lead machine in service of our goal to retrofit every eligible home in Westchester.
What does success look like?
You create and manage a stable, on-going field operation to inform homeowners in Westchester about their opportunity to weatherize their homes with no hassle or cost with the HomeAdvance program from Con Edison and Sealed.
Every day your team of canvassers will target pre-qualified houses to schedule appointments with our inside sales team. Your events team will have a stand-out presence at every farmers market, street fair, and community event spreading the word about Sealed to the wider Westchester community.
While managing the outreach staff, you'll be continuously working with the senior sales and marketing leadership at Sealed to improve the field program and pursue new ways to make Sealed the go-to home efficiency company in Westchester.
Requirements
Proven success as a field organizer
Experience managing a field team
Proven success in field-based marketing, sales and/or fundraising (for example, with a solar company, an energy services company, or a non-profit such as the Public Interest Network)
Must live in or near Westchester NY
Must have own or have flexible access to a car
Nice to Have
Experience working in a quota-driven environment
Experience with field sales/marketing software (e.g. VoteBuilder, SalesRabbit, or other)
Connections to local influencers in the Westchester community
