You love data and all things Excel. You love math and numbers. You've got some HTML and CSS experience or other coding expertise OR you've been dying to learn to code and are a fast learner. (Because we'd love to teach you what you need to know.)


You love the technical aspects of digital political fundraising, you'd just rather not have to charm clients, design graphics or write copy. You can't imagine anything better than coding emails or placing ads in Facebook's backend. You can't imagine anything better than managing lists, or figuring out why a universe size isn't matching.


But you also realize this is high stakes work. You understand that in the business of putting digital content into the world that tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of people will consume, there's no room for error. You thrive in an environment that requires getting everything right, every single time.
