NOW HIRING: Organizing Director for Northeast United State Senate Campaign

Responsibilities
Develop and implement the campaign's organizing program across the state, including all on the ground methods and strategies that allows the organizing team to hit weekly goals.
Collaborate effectively with other departments to advance engagement priorities for the primary campaign.
Building attendance at events for the campaign.
Identify, recruit, hire, and manage in-state field staff.
Implement communication protocols for the field team that ensure goals are clearly understood and the highest standard of data integrity is achieved.
Send weekly reports about the status of the organizing program to the Campaign Manager.
Work with the Campaign Manager and Political Director to develop a plan for the state party's convention in 2020.

Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience working on field and organizing departments of campaigns.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, analytical problem-solving skills.
Self-starter who shows strong initiative and sets high standards for individual and team performance.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; a proven ability to effectively and independently manage projects with many moving parts to produce high-quality results on tight deadlines.
Knowledge and experience with caucuses and state party conventions.
Strong working knowledge of VAN and Microsoft Excel a must.
