We are looking for our next Operations Director (aka, my successor!) to support the foundation of this network to support that fight. This role is remote, but the right candidate will live in the DC Area to be able to hold down some administrative responsibilities that are geography based.
We're looking for someone with experience managing budgets and building systems to help us make sure that we are running efficiently. This role is big and exciting! Our ideal candidate is an effective communicator with a background in movement-building who has hard skills in financial management and some experience with human resources. We're looking for a proven problem solver with strong program management skills. They'll have at least three years experience holding down operations in a nonprofit environment.
I am super eager to support PSN in finding an amazing next Operations Director who will help grow PSN's impact and build more power within the network in this next chapter, and I'd appreciate your help with finding the right person.
