We're a fast-growing political consulting firm working for progressive candidates all over the country. We specialize in impactful digital campaigns and advertising.
Saguaro Strategies is looking for a Graphic Designer to create digital ads, social media graphics and direct mail.
In this job you will:
· Create digital ad and direct mail campaigns
· Create content for social media channels
· Work with content creators and smart digital strategists on progressive campaigns across the country
Compensation is commensurate with experience – health care, dental, 401k and performance bonuses available for qualifying employees. We're growing quickly and want talented and hardworking folks who want to make an impact on progressive campaigns.
The ideal candidate will be able to work out of either Saguaro's office in Berkeley or Phoenix -- but if that's not a possibility for you we're open to a remote work setup.

REQUIREMENTS
· Experience with the Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Spark and Premiere
· A passion for progressive politics
· Ability to work quickly under tight deadlines
· Creative thinking
· Keen attention to detail
· Willingness to work weird hours and tough schedules, especially as we get close to Election Day (and to then enjoy downtime during slower periods)
