Job Summary:
Julián for the Future (the Campaign) is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven and qualified individual to serve as Scheduler. The Scheduler will work with the Scheduling and Advance Director to manage the campaign schedule, candidate briefings, and staff travel. This position is based in San Antonio and is eligible for comprehensive health, vision, dental, and life insurance. Relocation assistance is available on a case-by-case basis.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Working with the Scheduling and Advance Director to plan and build campaign events
- Managing the flow of invitations to the campaign
- Managing and updating travel schedules
- Managing and updating the day-to-day campaign calendar
- Working with other departments to manage candidate briefings and schedules
- Coordinating staff travel for campaign events
- Other duties as assigned
Previous campaign experience is strongly preferred, preferably in a scheduling capacity. Knowledge of Google Calendar and travel management software such as SAP Concur and Egencia a plus. The Scheduler must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to keep information confidential, an instinct for creative problem-solving, and a good humored and collegial approach to working with other staff.
