M+R is looking for junior and mid-level staff for our Digital Fundraising & Advocacy team. In any of these roles, you'd help run digital fundraising, membership, and advocacy programs for our clients. Lots of politically progressive groups like Planned Parenthood, League of Conservation Voters, and PETA. Cultural organizations we love, like the American Museum of Natural History. And many causes that are working in the most dire situations in the world such as the American Red Cross and Oxfam America.
- Associate (1-3 years experience): $52,000 salary plus year-end bonus; open in Boston or DC
- Account Executive (3-5 years experience): $58,500 salary plus year-end bonus; open in Boston, NYC, DC, or Oakland
- Senior Account Executive (5-7 years experience): $66,000 salary plus year-end bonus; open in Boston, NYC, DC, or Oakland
All are unionized positions, represented by the Washington-Baltimore News Guild.
