NOW HIRING: Scheduling Director for Northeast United State Senate Campaign


Salary and benefits

·       $4,000 a month with healthcare coverage


Responsibilities

·       Driving the candidate to and from most events.

·       Reporting back from all events in "real-time" with the Campaign Manager and senior staff.

·       Staffing the candidate at a variety of political, fundraising, and other events.

·       Assisting in the briefing process to ensure that the candidate has all relevant information prior to events.

·       Maintain daily and long-term schedule for candidate, including organizing and tracking invitations and scheduling requests.

·       Keeping candidate on schedule throughout day.

·       Helping ensure the calendar is always up-to-date and includes all necessary information.

·       Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

·       Candidates must have car insurance, a driver's license, and a clean driving record.

·       Excellent interpersonal skills.

·       Good discretion and trustworthiness with critical campaign communications.

·       Ability to be a team player with both the candidate and campaign.

·       Self-starter who shows strong initiative and sets high standards for individual and team performance.

·       Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; a proven ability to effectively and independently manage projects with many moving parts to produce high-quality results on tight deadlines.
