Position: ADLCC Field Director
Reports to: ADLCC Executive Director
Salary: $5,000/mo with some flexibility
Overview
ADLCC is seeking resumes for qualified candidates interested in serving as Field Director on a statewide joint legislative caucus campaign. This would be a campaign position running through December 31, 2020.
Potential duties include:
Managing all aspects of field program;
Drafting and implementing statewide field plan;
Hiring, training and managing in-district staff;
Maintaining relationships with all legislative district leadership and partner organizations;
Working with legislative candidates on field activities, as needed;
Building and managing field tracking tools for persuasion and GOTV efforts;
Any other campaign related tasks, as needed.
Qualifications:
Must be organized
Highly motivated, a self-starter, and capable of working through a demanding work environment;
An ability to be on time and responsible for your department's goals;
At least two campaign cycles of field experience;
At least one campaign cycle managing staff;
Experience managing some aspect of a GOTV operation;
Experience with VAN/VoteBuilder;
Extensive experience with Excel;
Be willing to relocate to Phoenix, AZ.
