Organizer Qualifications
Self-starter with great time management and organization skills.
Ability to motivate and train volunteers.
Excellent interpersonal skills, especially listening skills and excellent communication skills.
Interest in working in a collaborative, supportive team environment.
Willingness to work long hours, including nights and weekends.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation ideal.
Passionate about progressive values
Organizer Responsibilities
Direct voter contact including walking a shift/day and daily DVC calls
Scheduling 1 on 1s with new potential volunteers
Owning a geographical area for the campaign and leading DVC in the area assigned
