We are a congressional campaign group looking for a campaign manager with the following qualities:
MUST KNOW:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G Suite tools and products, VAN and NGP
- 4+ cycles of organizing experience; 2+ cycles of campaign management
MUST HAVE:
- Willingness to relocate to Baltimore, Maryland (temporary housing is available) if necessary
- Availability and willingness to work long and irregular hours, including on weekends
- Valid driver's license, reliable and insured vehicle, and medical insurance.
- Cell phone and a laptop.
MUST DO:
- Supervise day-to-day operations
- Develop a field organizing program and hire staff to execute the plan
- Efficiently maintain and report relevant data using VAN, NGP, etc.
- Work with other consultants and advisors to execute the campaign plan
- Draft press statements and serve as campaign spokesperson as needed
This is a full-time position. Compensation is highly competitive and will commensurate with the experience.
