Project Manager – CADC, LLC
CADC, LLC is seeking qualified, highly motivated individuals to fill the role of Project Manager to lead voter mobilization programs in support of progressive candidates and issues in key battleground states.
CADC specializes in direct voter contact on behalf of progressive candidates and causes. CADC's leadership has decades of combined experience with campaigns of all shapes and sizes, from Presidential campaigns, the DSCC and DCCC, national issue advocacy campaigns, and municipal races.
The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution of the canvass program and will report directly to CADC leadership. Successful applicants will possess prior field management experience. Field Director or Regional Field Director experience is strongly preferred.
Applicants for the position must possess strong organizational and communication skills as well as the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Applicants should be willing to relocate as necessary. Applicants must possess reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, working laptop, and be willing to work extended hours and weekends.
Project Manager Responsibilities
Start-Up: Securing office space and essential infrastructure in consultation with CADC leadership, including the hiring of additional management staff as needed.
Program Administration: Driving the recruitment, hiring and training of canvass teams. Oversight of human resource processes, including employee hiring, on boarding, and payroll.
Management: Providing all staff with the positive leadership culture, resources, guidance and technical support required to succeed during each phase of the program. Ensuring compliance with all CADC policies and best practices.
Accountability: Ensuring all employees maintain accurate and reliable data for all relevant facets of the program. Communicating all pertinent on-the-ground information and providing timely responses to requests from CADC leadership.
Desired Skills and Experience
Skills: A strong commitment to progressive values. Deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Strong communication and organizational skills. An understanding and appreciation of the urgent nature and time demands of campaigns.
Experience: Field management experience (RFD level and above) is required. Proficiency with VAN, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs. Experience interfacing with candidates or client organizations is a plus.
Miscellaneous: Willingness to work long hours and weekends. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation and an ability to relocate as needed. Working laptop.
