Compensation and Benefits. Full-time, competitive salary including benefits such as 100%-employer-paid premiums for medical, dental, and vision insurance for all staff, spouses/domestic partners, and their children; employer-paid premiums for life insurance for all staff; 20 accrued paid days off each year; 12 weeks of paid parental leave, and 12 days accrued paid sick leave.

Essential Functions:
- Volunteer Recruitment. The Associate will identify, recruit, and support volunteers across the country remotely. They will plan and organize online events and train volunteers, identify and recruit volunteers directly through phone calls, texting, and emailing, utilize digital tactics to engage supporters and volunteers in online activities, and lead volunteer trainings via online webinar.
- Volunteer Management. The Associate will build, train, and manage volunteer teams remotely, in communities across the country. Organizers will track their progress in the campaign's database system and ensure all data is entered in a timely manner.
- Meet Goals. The Associate will be accountable to specific goals including phone calls, phonebanking and texting shifts, recruitment of volunteers, and trainings. They will work within a metrics-driven environment to meet goals for volunteer recruitment and direct voter contact.
Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented, especially within a high-pressure, on-call environment
- Willingness to work within a diverse team with different experiences and perspectives
- Ability to take feedback and implement changes in real time
- Good listening skills
- Experience working or volunteering on electoral, union, or community organizing campaigns strongly preferred
- Familiar with digital tools like MobilizeAmerica, Hustle, Slack, Facebook Groups, and MailChimp
- Must be self-motivated and willing to work long hours, including nights and weekends as needed
- Dedicated to getting Senator Cory Booker elected President of the United States
