The Get Out The Caucus (GOTC) Director will lead on drafting and executing Cory 2020's in-state GOTC plan. The GOTC Director will be responsible for ensuring strong turnout for Cory Booker on Nevada's 2020 Caucus.

- Lead on the development of a strong and effective GOTC plan and work with other departments to create ambitious goals and structures for implementation
- Drive the logistics of the GOTC program across the state of Nevada including locking staging locations and ensuring adequate staffing
- Ensure clear communication between the in-state and national GOTC teams
- Establish and ensure adherence to clear guidelines, timelines, and accountability measures
- Help support and train the Organizing team and volunteers to lead the GOTC program to fruition
- At least two cycles of experience in a GOTV/GOTC setting
- 2+ years experience with Votebuilder/VAN and proficiency with GSuite organizational tools
- Nimble and able to juggle multiple responsibilities, detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Goal-oriented and a self-starter work ethic; able to meet tight deadlines and multi-task
- Kind and team-oriented with the ability to thrive and lead in a fast paced work environment
- Dedicated to getting Senator Cory Booker elected President of the United States
