Cory Booker is running for president because he believes the answer to our country's common pain is to reignite our sense of common purpose to build a more fair and just nation for everyone. The Late States Desk will facilitate needs for Cory 2020's March States program, managing State Directors, and acting as an integral channel for internal communication between HQ and the states.

Essential Functions:
  • Manage and oversee the State Directors from Super Tuesday and March primary states
  • Advocate for and facilitate their needs with national headquarters, coordinating across departments to create a high-functioning workflow
  • Distribute daily updates to State Directors to ensure a healthy and transparent team experience
  • Coordinate and help oversee the scheduling of principal or surrogate trips and rollouts
  • Manage and track State budgets and ensure resources are being used strategically and efficiently
Competencies:
  • At least two cycles of experience on a national or statewide race
  • An experienced manager with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Kind and team-oriented with the ability to thrive and lead in a fast paced work environment
  • High confidentiality, attention to detail, and sound judgment
  • Dedicated to getting Senator Cory Booker elected President of the United States
Reports To Deputy Campaign Manager

Compensation and Benefits. Full-time, competitive salary including benefits such as 100%-employer-paid premiums for medical, dental, and vision insurance for all staff, spouses/domestic partners, and their children; employer-paid premiums for life insurance for all staff; 20 accrued paid days off each year; 12 weeks of paid parental leave, and 12 days accrued paid sick leave.
