Cory 2020 is looking for multiple State Directors to build its field and political operations in the following states: California, Colorado, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Michigan, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia.

Essential Functions:
- Build and lead the day-to-day operations of the organizing, communications, political, digital, data, and operations departments within a respective state
- Develop GOTV and voter outreach efforts, operational strategy, and team expansion throughout each state's respective districts and counties
- Represent Senator Booker as a surrogate for in-state political, grassroots, and Democratic party events
- Manage political relationships with elected officials, organizations, unions, and key stakeholders at the grassroots and grasstops levels
- Planning and executing on events and in-state trips
- Work with national teams to track field progress, and effectively communicate campaign messaging, and drive Cory 2020's goals in advance of the general election
- At least 3 years of campaign and/or organizing experience with a preference for experience in a respective state or region
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A leader with strong interpersonal management, attention to detail, and sound judgment
- Kind and team-oriented with the ability to thrive and lead in a fast paced work environment
- Experience as an on-the-record spokesperson is preferred
- Dedicated to getting Senator Cory Booker elected President of the United States
