The Get Out The Vote (GOTV) Director will lead on executing Cory 2020's GOTV and organizing plan in South Carolina. The GOTV Director will be responsible for ensuring strong turnout for Cory Booker in South Carolina's primary and manage a canvass program.

Essential Functions:
- Drive the logistics of the GOTV program across the state of South Carolina including mobilizing voters, locking staging locations, ensuring adequate staffing
- Build on a statewide, region-specific plan for GOTV efforts and work with other departments to implement the plan
- Manage a robust statewide canvass operation, including hiring and managing of community organizers and canvassers in priority regions
- Establish and ensure adherence to clear guidelines, timelines, and accountability measures
- Help support and train the Organizing team and volunteers to lead the programs to fruition
- Ensure clear communication between the in-state and national GOTV teams
- At least two cycles of experience in a GOTV/GOTC setting, with experience in running a canvass program strongly preferred
- 2+ years experience with Votebuilder/VAN and proficiency with GSuite organizational tools
- Nimble and able to juggle multiple responsibilities, detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Goal-oriented and a self-starter work ethic; able to meet tight deadlines and multitask
- Kind and team-oriented with the ability to thrive and lead in a fast paced work environment
- Dedicated to getting Senator Cory Booker elected President of the United States
