The CDO will report to the CEO of Planned Parenthood of Northern, Central and Southern New Jersey and will serve as a member of the leadership team. Responsibilities include planning and implementing strategies to secure donors and contributions in support of the organization, provide oversight of the fund development program, monitor development activities, and address issues that may hamper growth and success. The CDO will also develop and implement monthly and annual development plans that align with the overall strategic plan for organizational revenue growth. The CDO is responsible for the leadership of the development program for the affiliate C3 and the state policy office C4 and PAC.
