Pete for America is looking for an Investment Assistant to join our team in South Bend.

What you'll do:
- Assist HQ Investment Associates and Investment Leadership in day-to-day tasks of fundraising
- Supporting and scheduling for Senior Advisor
- Organize and oversee the check entering process
- Organize and assist in acknowledgement process
- Provide support on briefing process
- Track and organize data in NGP and Excel
- Provide administrative and organizational support to HQ and regional Investment team
What you bring:
- Previous campaign or political experience required
- Ability to thrive and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of NGP/VAN required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Google Sheets, and Excel required
