A top tier Montana statewide campaign seeks a full-time Call Time Manager to manage call time, handle donor prospecting and follow-up alongside a very engaged, energetic candidate. An understanding that campaign hours are never 9-to-5 and are subject to variation is necessary. Previous experience with electoral campaigns a plus but not required, previous call time or campaign fundraising experience a big plus, and previous experience working and/or living in Montana another big plus. Finance Director and team are very familiar and comfortable with training and up-skilling those relatively new to campaigns and at a certain point advancement or lateral moves into other departments are possible.
Under the direction of the Finance Director develop and manage call time universes, provide call sheets and staff call time regularly. Call time management includes:
• Staffing the candidate during call time
• Donor Research
• Call time data entry; entering all candidate notes from call time
• Donor follow up with email or letter
• Call time metrics tracking
• Dialing the phone for the candidate, or using a dialer system
• Reporting call time results daily and weekly
In addition to call time responsibilities miscellaneous responsibilities will also include:
• Database and list management
• Staff fundraising meetings and events
• Call and email outstanding pledges for call time and events to collect contributions
• Work with campaign manager and finance director to keep call time on schedule
• Driving/Staffing candidate to miscellaneous campaign events, "body person".
• Taking photos at campaign events when staffing candidate.
