We are still hiring for Strategists and Senior Strategists to help create and execute results-driven online advertising campaigns for our progressive political and responsible corporate clients. These people will help our clients increase brand awareness, drive e-commerce sales and organization growth, engage and retain current members, and advance progressive causes.
Specific Responsibilities
Build, optimize, and run online ads across various different programmatic platforms (Facebook, Google, DBM, Twitter, etc.)
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Measure, analyze, and report on campaign and website performance to uncover actionable insights that will increase efficiency and performance of our digital marketing efforts
Monitor conversion points and optimize user funnels.
Collaborate with other vendor partners.
Communicate with clients about success and challenges in the campaigns your running
Manage media budgets in excess of 1MM
Write copy and work with our designers and developers to produce online ad collateral and website assets
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Be a positive member of our collaborative and supportive team
Minimum Qualifications
For our Strategist level, we're looking for candidates who have 3+ years hands-on digital advertising experience in a performance-driven context. (e.g. SEM, Programmatic, Social Media Advertising, Ecommerce Prospecting, Lead Gen)
For our Senior Strategist level, we're looking for 3-5 years hands-on digital advertising leadership experience in a performance-driven context (e.g. SEM, Programmatic, Social Media Advertising, Ecommerce Prospecting, Lead Gen).
Additionally, at our senior level we're looking for candidates who can step contribute in major ways very quickly. Traits we look for include:
Client Management - Experience working directly with clients (or being a client-side lead) -- leading calls, reviewing results, compiling executive-level deliverables.
Excellent Project Management Skills - Translating client goals into specific campaign plans with actionable items, wrangling platforms, vendors and internal resources to keep balls moving and hit deadlines, proactively planning for next steps to spot and clear obstacles well in advance.
Team Leadership - Experience managing other team members -- delegating assignments, communicating expectations and deadlines, training requisite skills, and fostering development.
Industry Expertise - Deep familiarity with the trends and developments of any number of the following: advertising technology and platforms, progressive politics, digital media
