Highly competitive Southern California Red to Blue State Senate campaign seeks Campaign Manager.
Duties include:
- Manage day-to-day campaign operations
- Create and implement a comprehensive campaign plan
- Oversee volunteer recruitment and management
- Assist with creating and implementing the field and finance plans
- Manage campaign schedule and staff candidate as needed
- Maintain consistent social media presence
- Manage local political relationships
- Manage the campaign's budget and logistics in collaboration with senior staff and consultants
Qualifications:
- Campaign experience, preference given to candidates with 1-2 years field, fundraising and/or campaign management experience, or participation in a robust campaign staff training program
- Ability to multi-task and lead a group of staffers and volunteers
- Excellent communications, time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills a must
- Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
- Applicants should be prepared to work long hours. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
