The Vote Mama PAC is seeking a creative and motivated individual to serve as Finance Director. The individual will be responsible for developing and driving the organizational finance plan, and managing all fundraising efforts with the Executive Director.
They must have a strong interest in our mission to elect more progressive moms of school aged children.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop a short-term and long-term fundraising plan for the PAC that diversifies revenue streams while maintaining existing fundraising sources.
Manage online grassroots fundraising program and oversee our digital fundraising team.
Oversee national fundraising program, including event program.
Write and develop fundraising materials.
Grow and maintain donor relationships.
Work closely with and expand the Finance Committee.
Work directly with campaign staff of Vote Mama PAC-endorsed candidates.
Manage and work with our compliance consultants to ensure that contributions and expenditures meet all FEC reporting requirements and guidelines.
Work with Vote Mama PAC staff to maintain accurate fundraising projections and budgeting practices.
The Finance Director must be a self-starter with experience as a Finance Director and have worked with candidate or PAC fundraising programs.
The candidate should be willing and able to work within our broader team and step up
The job will be based in New York, NY but we will consider remote candidates.
