The George Scott for State Senate campaign is seeking a Call Time Manager. George is running in SD-15, a top targeted 2020 district, crucial to flipping the Pennsylvania Senate.
George is a Veteran and Pastor who ran an extremely competitive 2018 race for Congress in Pennsylvania's 10th district, coming within a few points of flipping a seat that Trump won by 9 points.
Responsibilities
The Call Time Manager will report directly to the Finance Director and will be responsible for a robust call time program on a 7-figure campaign. They will work closely with leadership and the candidate, including:
Staffing the candidate during call time
Evaluating the success of the call time program, working with leadership to optimize call time strategy
Identifying new donor prospects and cultivating current supporters with the aim of increasing the number and size of individual gifts
Conducting donor follow-up, including chase calls and thank you notes
Staffing the candidate at events, including driving the candidate as needed
Helping with other aspects of the campaign as necessary
Required Qualifications
1+ cycles of campaign experience (can include volunteer or intern experience)
Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and in team settings
Strong written and communication skills
Discretion and strong judgment skills
Drivers License and access to a car
This is a full time position based in Harrisburg, PA (COVID-19 Pandemic pending), with competitive salary and benefits. Applications will be considered on a rolling basis and the start date is flexible.
