My progressive, fast-paced, award-winning political media firm - AL Media - is looking for a Digital Ad Operations Manager to join our growing team. The manager would be responsible for handling the day-to-day digital advertising operations for more than a dozen clients. Currently, all positions and operations will be set up remotely. However, this position is a full-time, paid position located in Chicago.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the process for setting up, launching, and closing out all ad programs under tight deadlines and ensuring the highest levels of quality control
Work closely with the CFO to ensure financial reconciliation of advertising programs in collaboration with our senior digital leads
Manage our client reporting process, coalescing internal reports into streamlined comprehensive, client-ready external-facing reports
Manages vendor relationships and third-party digital service providers
Lead existing internal process in our digital department
Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years in multi-channel digital advertising operations
Proficient in Google Tag Manager
Experience with digital ad servers, Google Ads, DoubleClick (DV360), Trade Desk, Facebook Business Manager
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Data-driven and detail-oriented
Experience with invoicing and financial reconciliation a plus
Experience with other managed service vendors like Hulu and Pandora is a plus
