Salary: $58k-74k per year for Oakland, CA based hire depending on experience (Adjusted for location for remote hire)
Location: Oakland, CA preferred or Remote for right candidate
Green For All is looking for a National Organizer to develop a distributed network of volunteers and manage a national network of local and state partners across the country, to advance a bold national strategy for building an inclusive green economy. Now in the midst of global pandemic our work is more critical than ever. The National Organizer will support building capacity and executing tactics for campaigns including but not limited to: clean transportation for all, green economic recovery for all, and energy efficiency for all.
The National Organizer will keep a pulse on local efforts, coordinate support to partners on ground, recruit and train leaders, and lead national engagement strategies that shape the national dialogue to build broad support for equitable solutions. The position is managed by the Engagement Manager and works closely with state and federal campaign managers on strategy.
We are seeking experienced candidates with 2-3 years minimum experience leading distributed organizing campaigns or issue-based campaigns in multiple locations with diverse political dynamics. This is a full-time salaried position of $58-74k based on experience and adjusted for location. It can be based remotely or in our Oakland, CA office.
