FIELD ORGANIZER
Description
- Recruit, train, and manage volunteers for phone banks and door knocking
- Execute a robust Get Out The Vote (GOTV) effort, including door to door and phone banks
- Grow our network of supporters and volunteers through meetings, texting, and phone calls
- Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with local party leaders, activist groups, and partner organizations
- Currently hiring for Boise, Moscow, and Pocatello
Requirements
- Prior community organizing experience preferred (paid, internship, or volunteer)
- Experience with Votebuilder
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and irregular work hours (nights and weekends)
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- Access to a reliable vehicle, computer, and phone
- Commitment to electing Democrats at all levels
Benefits
Salary: $3,000/month
