New Jersey's 3rd Congressional Mobilization Director
Position Summary: This position reports to the Field Director. The Mobilization Director will write digital voter contact scripts, design digital organizing programs and manage corresponding data, work with the field director on sequencing flow, trouble-shoot digital platforms with organizers and volunteers, and operationalize the campaign dialer as well as any additional virtual organizing platforms. The Mobilization Director will also manage organizers day to day. Must be a self-starter and strongly motivated to elect Democrats to the House of Congress.
Skills and Qualifications:
At least 2 full election cycles of digital and/or organizing experience
Experience recruiting, training and managing volunteers and organizers
Strong grasp of political organizing tools and tactics
Experience managing texting, digital, or data programs on electoral campaigns is a plus
Strong attention to detail and writing skills
Comfortable with managing from metrics; has a history of meeting metric goals
Ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure
Ability to work long and irregular hours in a fast paced, metrics- driven work environment
Must be a strong collaborator and ability to work in groups
This position is full time and cycle only. Applicants must have a reliable laptop, cell phone, and vehicle. Applicants must also be comfortable working long and irregular hours, including nights and weekends, and have an understanding that campaigns are never a 9-5 job.
