[GAINPOWER.org: Jobs That Are Left] Social Media Specialist: National Nurses United / California Nurses Association (Oakland, DC, or LA)

Hi all,

National Nurses United / California Nurses Association is hiring for a new Social Media Specialist, to be based in either Oakland, DC, or LA (Glendale).

NNU is the largest union of registered nurses in the country, and we are a militant, organizing union. (Maybe you saw our members take the fight for PPE to the president's doorstep last month. Or the recent NYT profile on Bonnie Castillo, the first RN and woman of color to lead the union as executive director.)

We are proud to be one of the best sources for real information and straight talk on the COVID-19 crisis for all nurses  union or not. Check out our ongoing Facebook Live series, the Frontline Nurses' Report: COVID-19

And of course, NNU nurses have been leading the fight for Medicare for All for decades.

We are looking for someone with a fire in their belly and an innovative spirit, someone who is always looking for ways to take our work to the next level as we build working class power and fight for health care justice.

Happy to discuss if you're interested or have questions! More details here and below: https://www.nationalnursesunited.org/jobs/social-media-specialist-1
