Mobilization Director
Location: Harrisburg/York, PA
Start Date: Rolling basis
Compensation: $4,500/month
Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement strategies and systems to successfully meet daily and weekly organizing metrics & goals
Assist the Field Director with developing tactics that support the district-wide organizing program, including but not limited to, digital & tech-based tactics
Work effectively with other departments to facilitate communication and support structures for organizing team
Communicate clear priorities, needs and expectations up and down the chain
Oversee campaign's vote-by-mail program and texting program
Skills & Qualifications:
At least 2 cycles of campaign organizing experience
Experience utilizing & possibly managing texting programs
Strong interpersonal skills; strong sense of self-awareness
Flexible, adaptable and solutions-oriented
Comfortable with managing from metrics; has a history of meeting metric goals
Ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure
Working knowledge of VAN/Votebuilder and other campaign technology platforms
Ability to work long and irregular hours in a fast paced, metrics- driven work environment
Has access to a vehicle or other reliable transportation
The Mobilization Director will report to the Field Director.
