Deputy Finance Director

Location: Lexington, KY
Tasks and Responsibilities
Including, but not limited to:
Coordinating outreach to unions and PACs for endorsement checks;
Managing and building fundraising events from start to finish;
Coordinating with call time manager on donor calls for candidate call time;
Developing and maintaining your own relationship with hosts and donors;
Identifying new donor prospects and developing strategy for outreach; and
Preparing briefing material for fundraisers.
Qualifications:
At least one cycle of campaign finance experience;
Kentucky ties preferred, but not required;
Strong attention to accuracy and detail;
Strong sense of confidentiality;
Extensive working knowledge of NGP;
Access to cell phone, laptop, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation;
Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership of wide-ranging responsibilities; and
Demonstrated commitment to promoting Democratic values and causes.
