This position will run approximately 10-12 hours weekly through November 3rd and will provide a $500 stipend. This is an ideal position for a college student or recent graduate with social media experience and an interest in politics. The ideal candidate will be able to start immediately. Preference given to those who apply by Sunday, Sep 20, but applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
THE POSITION:
-Collaborate with staffers to create a social media content calendar
-Develop written and visual social media content
-Track social media messaging surrounding the campaign
-Post on a regular schedule
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Demonstrated interest in progressive politics
-Experienced with Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
-Design skills a plus - Adobe, Canva, etc
-Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, manage multiple projects.
-Excellent organizational skills including superior attention to detail.
-Bay Area local preferred, not required
