Future Generations PAC is seeking a mission-driven and creative individual to serve as National Finance Director. They will be responsible for developing and driving the organizational finance plan, and managing all fundraising efforts.
Must have a strong interest in progressive causes and be committed to electing authentic progressive candidates to every level of office, from City Mayor to U.S. Senate.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Develop a short-term and long-term fundraising plan for the Future Generations PAC that diversifies revenue streams while maintaining existing fundraising sources.
• Manage online grassroots fundraising program and oversee digital fundraising team. • Oversee national fundraising program, including travel and event program.
• Work with PAC consultants on state and national fundraising events.
• Write and develop fundraising materials.
• Plan and develop Member fundraising and events program.
• Grow and maintain donor relationships.
• Manage Future Generations PAC grassroots fundraising program on behalf of endorsed candidates.
• Work directly with campaign staff of Future Generations PAC endorsed candidates.
• Develop and oversee direct mail, fulfillment, texting, and Thank You programs.
• Develop, implement, and manage all in-state call time programs, low and high dollar events, low dollar phone program, donor prospecting and research, and execute call time.
• Manage and work with compliance team to ensure that contributions and expenditures meet all FEC reporting requirements and guidelines.
• Work with Future Generations PAC staff to maintain accurate fundraising projections and budgeting practices.
• The National Finance Director must be a self-starter with experience as a Finance Director and has overseen multi-million dollar fundraising programs.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours, including weekends when necessary. Should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of campaign finance operations including call time, events, mail, online, phone, finance committee, budget management, and compliance.
