21st Century Democrats PAC Executive Director, FT or PT
Principal Responsibilities:
The Executive Director is the CEO of the PAC, leading it in partnership with the Board of Directors and Advisors. Oversees fundraising activities including digital, phone, direct mail, and major donor. Works with the Board to make decisions about political endorsements and methods of supporting endorsed candidates. Oversees the performance of social media and the America's Democrats Podcast.
Specific Duties:
● The Director directs staff and manages relationships with partners and vendors.
● Continue to build the organization's fundraising. This will require knowledge of direct mail programs, phone banking operations, digital marketing, and major donor.
● Ensure the successful management of donor data and FEC reporting.
● Understand the needs of individual campaigns, partners, and non-campaign projects; make decisions about methods for supporting campaigns, and develop relationships in all directions
● Oversee strategy of the PAC's social media accounts and the performance of the America's Democrats podcast while helping to grow their online presence and influence.
Qualifications:
The Director must be a self-starter with campaign experience, fundraising skills and experience, and a strong interest in supporting economically progress Democrats, as well as excellent communication skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to think on one's feet. Experience with a Democratic organization or PAC is helpful.
Offering $25-50 an hour.
