A+G Digital is an integrated digital and creative agency helping Democrats, causes, and brands run the most efficient and effective online campaigns possible. Our company launched in 2019 and our team of strategists has experience spanning agencies and political campaigns. As a DCCC preferred vendor, our distributed team is proud to serve several members of the Democratic Caucus. We also support clients ranging from legislative candidates to advocacy organizations to ballot initiatives. We've served clients across the United States, from California to Ohio, Texas to New Jersey, and in Hawai'i. We've scaled our operations by being an engaged, responsive, creative, and data-informed practice. We offer full-stack digital services for campaigns including email fundraising programs, SMS, paid media, creative development, social management, video editing, and technical product work.
A+G is seeking a remote Senior Associate who will be responsible for the following:
Developing strategic plans and content for clients across online channels.
Following industry trends and suggesting, when relevant, tests or creative ideas for clients.
Ability to be client-facing and handle client needs as quickly as possible.
Availability during Eastern business hours.
Ensuring deliverables are completed on time and on spec.
Staying on top of news relevant to our clients and support for rapid response.
Requirements:
At least two years of relevant work experience
Creativity and ability to pitch new ideas
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with digital practices including social, paid, email coding, etc.
Interest and knowledge about the US political system and digital marketing
An appetite to solve problems, dig deep, and suggest creative and innovative digital activations
At least one cycle of political campaign experience or demonstrated interest in politics
Ability to sweat the small stuff and demonstrate an unfailing attention to detail
Team player who has superior interpersonal and client management skills
Preferred:
Congressional or statewide campaign experience
Familiarity with Trello and Slack and/or other project management software
Bilingual (Spanish)
This is a remote full time opportunity with a base salary range of $40,000-$50,000. A+G is a growing startup that currently offers health benefits, a wellness stipend, and a year-end bonus tied to performance and company success. A+G also has a generous paid time off policy, starting at 18 days.
