Qualifications:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- At least 1-2 cycles of campaign finance experience
- Significant experience with NGP and ActBlue
- Significant experience organizing fundraising events and executing a finance plan
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated team player with an ability to multitask
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suites
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to work non-traditional hours as needed
Responsibilities:
- Organize, plan, and execute fundraising events (virtual for now)
- Oversee finance assistants and campaign interns
- Set up meetings with key donors across the state and country
- Interact with donors and prospective donors – via email, phone, and (eventually) in-person
- Research to identify prospective donors
- Preparation for candidate call time
- Write fundraising communications
- Recruit and directing volunteers and intern staff
- Assist with other campaign related activities as needed
