Chattanooga mayoral candidate, Wade Hinton, is searching for interns who can dedicate 9 hours a week doing: phone and text outreach, canvassing, and digital community management. This is a 6-week, paid position of $15 per hour for a total of 9 hours weekly. (Please contact info@wadehinton.com for college academic credit.)
This paid community engagement learning program will expose students to the world of politics and civic responsibility while expanding the depths of social and societal comprehension.
Some of the responsibilities of the students include phone and text outreach, canvassing, and digital community management
Wade Hinton is an activist, a policymaker, a father, an attorney, a business leader, a native Chattanoogan, and a believer. Wade believes Chattanooga can be a city that succeeds, not just in the name of progress, but in the name of justice.
No experience required, training available. Must commit to three hours, three days a week, and one weekly check-in call on Saturday. Training will be provided on the start date of January 18, 2021.
