Seeking experienced digital fundraisers to join our team by March 1st.

Basecamp Strategy is a fast-growing digital fundraising firm making a big impact in politics. We're digital storytellers who win tough races and elect incredible people by raising our candidates as much money as possible online. We're also in the business of building powerful Democratic organizations and PACs from scratch in order to empower those who will change the status quo in Washington. 

We are currently looking to hire experienced digital fundraisers who are excited to hit the ground running in 2021 and can work with our existing team and internal resources to SMASH our clients' fundraising goals.

Applicants should have at least one cycle of experience working as a digital fundraiser on a campaign, for a committee, or for another Democratic fundraising firm. In particular, experience writing email content that consistently raises thousands of dollars an email is highly desirable.

Salary/benefits: 

Experienced digital fundraisers who are ready to own the success of our client's programs will be considered Specialists or Directors and paid $70,000/year according to our transparent salary tiers. However, successful team members can grow quickly into new roles with higher salaries: Our approach has garnered us notice, and our team is growing and evolving quickly and no one is doing the same job they were doing six months ago or even three months or a month ago. You'll be asked to learn quickly, and the moment you've nailed it, we hope you'll be ready to learn something new.
