Introducing: Philisea Matthews We are excited to introduce Philisea Matthews as our new Digital Director. Philisea is a native of Batesburg-Leesville, South Carolina, and a first-generation college graduate from the University of South Carolina - Aiken. Before joining GAIN Power as the Digital Director, she worked for Biden for President, the South Carolina Democratic Party, Deval Patrick, and Kamala Harris. Eager to learn, Philisea has trained with the Congressional Black Caucus Institute, Emerge South Carolina, EMILY's List, and IGNITE National. She is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
