As a valued member of the GAIN Power community, I want you to know about an exciting event we are hosting and how you can get involved. On December 9th-11th we are hosting Powering Blue in 2022 — a virtual, professional conference & networking event series organized by GAIN Power, and on December 15th we will host a Virtual Career Fair to help you find talent.
Powering Blue in 2022 will have career panels, training, and many other sessions focused on winning in 2022. We will have a progressive organizational expo featuring the broad array of firms and organizations in the movement, and then the virtual career fair the week after to help you hire the best candidates through one-on-one chats.
We are inviting Democratic and Progressive professionals and activists, nonprofits, campaigns, PACs, consulting firms, independent artists, cultural content creators, and changemakers to prepare for 2022. The events will help support organizers and activists looking for career opportunities and to share meaningful ways to impact democracy, elections, and advocacy to win in 2022.

Virtual Career Fair Booths
The virtual career fair is a place to meet lots of candidates in a short amount of time. Think of it as speed dating for hiring, where you can hold quick one-on-one chats via text, audio, or video with job seekers. Check out the packages and how it works. Make sure to buy your booth as soon as you can so you have time to set it up for a fantastic event.
