We're looking for a goal-driven, analytical and politically-motivated candidate with a strong background in staff management. Candidates for this position should have a demonstrated ability to drive multiple priorities, build and develop a team, problem-solve, and meet and exceed goals.  The position requires strong communication and motivational skills, work ethic, and a commitment to Telefund's clients and public interest mission. 2-4 years of campaign experience, fundraising or call center experience is a plus.
