Progressive Organizing Solutions is hiring in Iowa for a youth outreach program. Progressive Organizing Solutions will be hiring field organizers on behalf of the League of Conservation Voters (LCV) to engage young people aged 18-29 on environmental issues.
Progressive Organizing Solutions is seeking experienced field organizers in Iowa to recruit, train and manage volunteers and activists in field activities.
Successful candidates must have at least two years of community, issue, labor, or political organizing, experience managing volunteers, fluency in VAN, excellent communication and organizational skills, and must work well in a team. The position requires volunteer recruitment and management, reliable transportation and a willingness to work evening and Saturday hours. Preference will be given to candidates with youth organizing experience or Iowa ties.
