Indiana Governor Campaign Seeks Digital Director
Join our growing team! Competitive gubernatorial campaign is seeking staffer to manage online presence, email program and digital engagement. Must be willing to relocate. Ideal candidate has 2 years of online organizing experience and/or one cycle of campaign experience.
Responsibilities include:
-->Helming the online program and growing the campaign's email list. This includes creating and executing engaging, stand-out online actions that convert supporters into volunteer and donor prospects, engage new audiences and use the media cycle to push the campaign's message and reach. Ideal candidate will also be able to assist with outreach to allies in finding partnerships and joint actions.
-->Working with the Finance Director and using online tools to help raise money online, handle RSVPs for fundraising events, keep track of donors, and turn supporters into donor prospects;
-->Working with the Field Director to use online tools to help the field team recruit volunteers, manage volunteers, and facilitate field events, canvasses, phone banks, etc;
-->Creating a content calendar to match campaign messaging and keeping social media sites like Facebook and Twitter up to date and engaging with its connections;
-->Developing and posting content to the campaign website.
