Competitive Midwest Senate campaign is seeking a Scheduler for the 2016 election. The Scheduler will work in collaboration with other departments and will report directly to the Deputy Campaign Manager. This is a great opportunity for qualified candidates to gain valuable experience and have a front-row seat throughout a highly competitive Senate race.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Maintaining calendar of appointments and meetings for the candidate

· Tracking invitations, requests and deadlines

· Working with other staff on field, finance, and communications team to arrange various events

· Coordinating travel and logistics

Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

· Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Be willing to work long, irregular hours.

· Maintain confidential information.

· Have peerless organizational skills.

· Be able to multi-task and work well under pressure

· Have strong computer skills including Google Apps and Microsoft Office

· Have minimum of one campaign cycle (or comparable volunteer experience) is strongly preferred, but not required.
